Robby Napoli (he/they) is a conductor, tenor, and composer/arranger originally in the Washington, D.C. area. Growing up in Maryland, Napoli co-founded the professional choir Lux, with whom he continues to serve as Artistic Director. He later directed the Vocal Music Program at Chesapeake High School in Pasadena, MD and played an active role in D.C.’s vibrant professional choral scene. After completing his Masters in Choral Conducting at the University of North Texas, Robby joined Fairfax High School in Virginia as their Choral Director. Napoli is particularly dedicated to supporting new music, improving accessibility to high-quality choral experiences, and creating opportunity & inspiration for the next generation of choral musicians.
